Deep Thought #135

As a believer our job is to be a witness of Jesus Christ. Jesus told us in Matthew 10:16, “Behold, I am sending you out as sheep in the midst of wolves, so be wise as serpents and innocent as doves.” We were never called by God to sit inside the “box” and count our blessing. We are called to be an influence to the world through Jesus Christ. We are called to be an example of the Lord and what being Christian is all about. Jesus came to Earth to demonstrate the Love and Humility of God and to destroy the work of the devil. If we claim to be a Christian, we need to show it in our lifestyle, in our action and in our behavior toward others especially those who wrong us. As it’s been said, “Talk is cheap, actions speak louder than words.” Be Christ-like today and everyday. Be a witness and go tell the world what God has done in your life.
